After sale issues

My insurance has bought a wheelchair for me because of my declining health through ���All-Med Health Care��� in Glendale, AZ. From the very first moment I walked through their door they have been less than helpful even to the point of being rude. Shortly after the purchase, I had to move to California and I began to have problems with the rubber coming off the front caster wheels. I have contacted All- Med several times by phone and by email and their response is always the same, when they did respond ���ok we will see what we can do for you���. This has gone on for more than 90 days now and still they have not sent replacement parts for my chair or offered to take care of my problems in any way. The bottom line is if you can find someone else to take of your needs it would be a wise choice especially if you want quality care and service.
