I went to (Emergency Animal Clinic) in Glendale, AZ with my very sick Rottweiler, last month. They pumped her full of fluids and gave her diuretics and after one night and a couple grand later, I asked them "where is all taking me" and they said it`s going to cost thousands of dollars and she still might not make it; needless to say we didn`t have thousands of dollars and had her put down after one night`s stay. I was charged $225.00 for the cremation; they use ALTERNATIVE ANIMAL RIGHTS, INC IN GLENDALE, AZ. After having having three other Rottweilers cremated in my life I know how much the container should weight. I called them and complained; They called back and said that they SCREWED UP AND GAVE ME THE WRONG ASHES! They said they "would give me my money back" and "didn`t want me to tell the Emergency Animal Hospital". Please use some other crematory for your animals. I still don`t know if I will be getting my Sally back or not!!!!

Had to put our Rottie down about two weeks ago. Our vet uses this company for cremation services...and we were horrified to arrive home today from vacation to find our dogs remains on our front porch. Yes, they are in-tact, BUT who does that? We have no problem having REPLACEABLE, MATERIAL items delivered to our home, but your beloved pet's remains??? I don't think so. They could have easily been stolen, and we would have never even known until a month from now...which is precisely when we were told they would be ready for PICK-UP at our vet's office. We would have NEVER agreed to having Tison's remains HAPHAZARDLY placed on our front porch. I won't even mention the fact the the wounds are still fresh and knowing that our dog (a member of our FAMILY) had to hang out in the elements of the HOT SUMMER ARIZONA HEAT. We are NOT pleased AT ALL and would NOT recommend their services in the slightest.
