Vet who cares

We have been taking our dogs to see Dr. Kleiman for over 7 years. We have tried other vets but we keep coming back to her. We have moved a few times over the years and now travel over 25 miles to bring our pups into the clinic. If Dr. Kleiman is not available, Dr. Joiner is just as knowledgeable and we trust our pets to either of them. We have lost a few members of our family due to old age at the clinic. The staff has always been wonderful and respectful. We still have a couple of 16 year old dogs that I would not take to anyone else. My dogs know Dr. Kleiman and are comfortable at the clinic. We have had a few trying moments that called for a phone call in to the vet. Both Dr. Kleiman and Dr. Joiner have always been very thorough in our treament. They recommend treaments but don't force their ideas. They have always worked with us as part of their team. They return the call very promptly. Somehow, Dr. Kleiman always remembers our dogs name's. That extra personal attention shows me that she truely cares about her patients. When calling in to the clinic, the staff is always enjoyable to talk to. They know your name and remember your pet's history. They care about the animals and their people. I highly recommend this clinic and both Dr. Kleiman and Dr. Joiner!

I have been taking my pets to Ambassdor Animal Hospital for over 13 years now! The staff is wonderful and caring and always manage to put my pets at ease no matter the circumstances. The hospitals' hours are great for anyone on a busy schedule, too! I'm normally able to get an appt. on same day of call.
Don't take your animals here!

Money hungry vets that treat employees horrible! Doctors don't listen or care about owner concerns--just do what they want. Very much about putting money in their own pockets--your animals well being comes second to their paycheck!
