They damaged my car today. We looked at video and walked the wash bay. I found a piece of equipment that lined up with the damage. They refused to take responsibilty. WALK AROUND YOUR CAR WITH THE SERVICE WRITER BEFORE THE WASH AND NOTE THE CONDITION OF YOUR CAR BEFORE THEY WASH IT!
